Observed food handler begin to touch raw shrimp in water after being outside backdoor (person was on phone). Wash hands in between switching tasks, especially after touching personal items (e.g., cellphone) and before touching food. When employee was instructed to wash hands, hands were rinsed at the at the two compartment sink. Wash hands at hands sink with warm water and soap, and dry with papertowels.
